How to get premium without creditcard

Hi there,
I was told that premium is possible when you only put $20 on a paypal account. So I did it.
Now I want to pay with it and I don't get passed the thing which asks Login or pay with creditcard. But the only option is to pay with creditcard.
Some help please...

So I mean:
"by bank account (where available, allow 4 business days to clear)"
I don't see that option when I go to the site for the premium membership...

Can you not change how you pay in your paypal account (correct me if I'm wrong - I've only logged in on it a few times)

Jeepee, I see what you mean. There used to be another option on that page to pay by paypal. Perhaps if you're logged into Paypal first, then try it?

Yeah, I tried that already many times. Maybe they are changing it.

Jeepee, please try again. When I just looked, the "pay with paypal" option was back on the screen. There should be a login box on the right hand side.
