it seems me incredible that a +1/-1 hour change to Summer/Winter time affects the game: all turns that were on during tonight Canadian change to summer time 'run out' of time. Nowadays it's easy to know when the time changes in the country (different day depending on the country) and add the necessary algorithms in the game as to avoid that, or use a time counter not related to TZ.
While that's not solved, I do hardly suggest to add a banner or advertisement ingame the day that time changes to summer or winter, but specially in the change to Summer Time, as it's +1 hour.
