Subscription - Premium

Could you please answer the following:
1. On what date does my annual premium subscription expire?
2. Where on this website can I update or control my payment/subscription terms?
3. If the answer to question 2 is "you can't ", please provide an email address that I can contact to discuss my subscription.

If you look to the left under Personal Menu you should see the link to Purchase. Clicking on that will bring you to a page which will tell you when your current premium expires and allow you to purchase premium, conquer credits or a gift certificate for premium for another player.

If you are looking for some sort of automatic renewal system however, that does not yet exist to the best of my knowledge. To talk further about that it would be best to talk with an admin or to make a Suggestion here

Who do I contact in Admin? How do I contact them?

I want to cancel my premium subscription once the current one expires. I want to ensure that no attempt is made to take money from my bank account etc. Please advise, as this kind of info (for some reason!) doesn't appear to be readily available.

Conquer Club does not offer subscriptions. We do offer premium membership for $25/year. This membership does not however automatically renew. Should you decide to continue your membership, you must purchase another membership.

Thank you for confirming that, although I thought I recalled that funds were automatically taken from my account a few years ago when my premium MEMBERSHIP expired. Maybe my memory is failing me!

Just one final query: if I have more than 4 games running at the point my premium membership expires, what happens? Do you allow all games to continue until they have ended, or do you remove all but 4 games from play?

You will be able to play the games you are in at that point in time but you will not be able to start new ones until you have less than 4 games running. I believe that any games that may be waiting at the point where the premium expires will automatically be dropped though (assuming that you have more than 4 active games).
