Look, I understand there are those on this site that cheat by starting 2nd accounts. They play themselves or team up against others in the same game. I get it, that is cheating and should not be allowed. But there are also players on here who consider it cheating to be a high ranking player and play a lot of low ranking players. I am a Brigadier, and I have 9 family members and several IRL friends that play here on CC. None of them are ranked higher than a liet. and most are cooks and cadets. We play a lot of private team games vs just ourselves which puts me in a bad position. There are those who will say I am cheating to continue to play lower ranked players, and since we play teams the players that get stuck with me, win almost nothing if we do win.

I don't feel it is fair to say I can't play with my friends and family nor is it fair to my teammates to give up points just because I am ranked higher, so my solution is simple. I am going to start a 2nd account. My 2nd profile is going to be named MissionStatement, and I will NEVER play against myself or play in any game together. My 2nd account is just for games vs my family and friends. I make this notice to make it clear that I am not cheating and you can go back at any time and see that I have never played against myself in any game. I am not trying to cheat, but trying to be up front about everything. I am a paying member to this site and feel this is the best way to address this situation. Thanks for reading.

While this may seem like a reasonable solution to you, that's not how things are done here. They will not make an exception to allow you a second account for this purpose.

Play your friends. Have fun. Who cares what other people think.

I won't play a game under the new profile until I hear something from someone at the site.

May well be anyway if you've created the account. Hopefully this is resolved.

I would suggest going to the suggestions forum and supporting one of the threads about having games where points don't count. Make you mission statement in the proper way not by creating another account. The MIssiosStatement account has been taken care of.
