map is not displayed

game # 13774149 will not set. i am the second player not to be able to get into the game.
all i see is the box saying "initializing bob", but nothing happens.
the map is not displayed. i tried refresh as well as all other buttons, to no avail. i've tried to hit deploy (the number of troops to be deployed as well as the territory to which those troops would be deployed are blank, and when i tried to deploy a box came up saying "illegal deployment".
one other player also commented that he cannot see the map either.
can you guys re-set the game so we can play or erase it and we can start again.
