They spoil the game just the same.

For all of the players (noobs) that have a rating of 4.3 or less...keep trying.
Maybe some day you will understand this game.
Might want to try a game of shoots and ladders..gain some experience.

Nope, some are good players and just trash talkers. I would never trust a guy bellow 4.3 though.

all I try to do is get a lower rating.. it's my main goal on here anymore... that mean you're a better player bubb?

complete and utter nonsense... few trash talk as much as me... I think on the whole, it improves my play.. especially if my opponent reciprocates... keeps me interested...

@rhp: I haven't played near as many games as you.
From what I can see (experienced) the lower the rating (you are not low) the greater the Rudeness and trash talk that is involved...

Think what you like.
When two players are going at it (trash talking ) emotions run high.
I can trash talk with the best of them (while never being rude)...never initiating any trash talk myself, but when somebody comes at me..I let it rip.

I usually do not let 'my' trash talk interfere with my game play (not diverting from my position).
Being that I am in no way rude to any of the other trash talkers, it is easy for me to keep on course.
I can not say the same for many of the other trash talking fools.

You know that trash talkers take offense while in game. It effects their game play.
The proof is in their rating of you!

Much of the trash talking comes out once a low rating (the trash talkers) player is losing or in the lead.
If they are in the lead they talk shit in an attempt to hold their position and sway other players to look elsewhere.
Once they start to lose a game they go off on the guy who they think has unjustly opposed them.

Either way, it is clear...they take offense and it is reflected in their game play.

There is another post in the forums. It talks about players with low ratings.
Sure some of the players with a lower rating are very good at playing this game.
But they Skew the game for many of us.
Not by their trash talk alone...but by the the grudges they hold.
Having to save (try) face (while in a game..using their game play to do so) is their biggest downfall.

Don't get me wrong.
I am not saying that if a player has a shit rating that they are a noob.
I am saying that if you have a shit rating you play like a noob.
