Polymorphic Manual

2 questions (I know, I know, there is a questions section, but I think GD gets more traffic)…

1. Manual deploy poly games, for example Game 13529746, only one of my colours was able to drop troops, not the other. Before I submit a bug report, is this by design, or a fault in the programming? I assumed I would get to deploy for all of my armies.

2. Less important. Is anyone getting annoying blue shadows under the troop numbers on maps now?

Your manual troop deployment = your number of terts x2 to deploy (as the third troop is already on your own terts). Quite logical to figure out that if for example red has 10 starting regions and you are given 80 troops in a quads polymorphic, you are not getting 80x4.

Not as easy to notice a huge number difference on doodle doubles.
