To me that is the same thing as what I said so I'm not sure how or why you are disagreeing with me?

give your reasons why....is that not gathering evidence and presenting a case?

If you don't try to prove or explain why you think someone is conducting secret diplomacy I can almost guarantee a multi hunter would not be able to prove SD.

When filing a C&A report you should always provide as much evidence or proof as you can to support your claim and make their job easier.
