I pretty sure it is but I dont want to be be accused of secret alliances . If I IM a player that I want to make a deal and tell them the details are in the game message could this be consider making a secret pact. Like I said I am really sure that it is but I dont want to take any chances.

For me this is not legal, you should not even tell him you want to make a deal. Just ask him to read the game chat. And make it on the wall it is better.

You are allowed to request that someone check the game chat. However you are not allowed to convey any other diplomacy-related information outside of the game chat.

Is anything leagal?

Beagles and bagels are leagal.

Messaging to ask a player to read the Game Chat is cool,
discussion of alliance or terms outside the game isn't.

The OP poster is American. I am French. Is it really acceptable for someone to write something this bad in his native language? It's barely understandable.

Unfortunately for you, you'll never be able to speak/write in French, Spanish and Italian the way I do. That's several hundreds of millions of people I can communicate with and you can't.

I'm sorry, but you've never witnessed me speaking French, Spanish or Italian so what are you basing your presumptions on? Making accusations with no evidence whatsoever is completely hypocritical. I see you speak English every day, and to an acceptable standard considering it isn't your first language.

Also, I have a strong dislike for American English so I would lump you and Americans in the same boat.

Well, I'm French, so no chance you speak it better than me (just like it would be ridiculous to say that i might speak better English than you!), Spanish is my second language and I'm more fluent in it than in English, Italian I speak pretty good but not perfectly, so I thought there were huge chances that my assumption was right!

I would also asume that you agree that the OP wasn't even close to American English! Had to guess what he was trying to say, and I'm not even mentioning the spelling...
