Script - Territories

Ok, I have a greasemonkey script that tells me how many territories everyone has and all that good stuff. Can someone tell my why it might have *** next to it? The script is Conquer Club - Roberts Mods

Its the amount of territories you have to take from that person for them to lose 1 man on their deployment.

A dash ("-") indicates that the player is already receiving the minimum possible allotment (3 armies for less than 12 territories) so there is no benefit in terms of reducing that allotment by conquering one of his territories.
