Can All Players Voluntarily End Game without Deadbeating

[Q&A] I am currently in a no spoils game which has been deadlocked with multiple players for the last few months. Discussion has arisen in the Chat Box about whether all players would agree to end the current game and start-up a new escalating or flat rate game by invitation. I have two questions:

1. Is there any way for all players to voluntarily end a game (besides having everyone miss 3 consecutive turns and deadbeat) ?

2. There was also discussion of transferring the points from this game to the new game. I do not know whether this can done ? If so, how ?

It would appears the players will probably just need to finish playing the game. It does not appear there is a mechanism for either of the two above items to occur.

:)

You should play another game.
Then the winner of the other game will win the 1st game.
To do so everyone suicide on each other except winner of the other game, called tie-breaker game.

of course you lose twice the points, and winner earn them twice - since there is 2 games played. But thats the best way of ending a game like that.
Otherwise you make alliance, and throw eveything at each other hoping you choose good teammate ;D
