Manual

So, today I played a manual game. I don't play them to often, but normally every territory is supposed to have 1 army on it and you can manually divide the armys yourself?

Today I played on the Three Kingdoms of Korea map, and when dividing the armies, 4 territs. allready had 3 armies on then, the rest of my territs had 1, and I could still divide 16 or so armies between all territs I had.

Why did 4 territs start allready with 3 armies? How is this chosen (randomly?) and does this happen on more maps?

Looking at the XML, the following regions seem to be coded start-positions with 3 troops on by default:

Teng-Chou
Salsu
Daifang
Ungjin
Muju
Hwangsanbeol
Aragaya
Yanju
Geumgwan-Gaya
Donggokjeo

Presumably to ensure fairer starting drops.
