Conquer Club

It looks like Ahunda has a chance at grabbing conqueror when Kiron drops off the scoreboard for being inactive in a few days.

The top 2 ranks will be legit good players who aren't too far out of reach in points. Maybe the conqueror title will change in the coming months.

I know most people respect these 2 players and it may make becoming conqueror a bit less....controversial

Excited for ahunda to have a shot at it. Truely one of the excellent players on the site, as well-deserving of Conqueror status as their ever will be.

Not to mention he's been one of the only posters worth reading in the cluster-fuck that is the CC4 discussion. A person that can play AND write multiple posts worth reading... the end is nigh?

But.. yeah, it does feel scary giving anyone support for that title. It feels like I need to go through some history, maybe hire a PI before I dare announce support for anyone in the t10...

I thought I remembered mc05025 in the Xiangwang/Kiron discussion as having been involved in the same kind of shenanigans about diplomacy over the course of several games so does he really count as legit?

You would have to ask Rodion about that. I was in a few of the games and thought everything was legal. Xiang and Kiron was completely different. Friends playing with eachother and on and on....

I know mc pretty well and can say he is one of the smartest players I have met and knows strategy very well. He made it to conqueror playing so many different random games with certain strategies playing other high rankers and winning that I, personally, consider him legit.

Well Gustaf and crash appear to be manipulating the invite system to insure shitty opponents, so will be having a brand new season of "kill the conquerer" here in a few months

If anyone is abusing the invite system, they should be reported in the C&A forum

got to agree ahuda looks like a good conquer and i see isn2 is up there as well looks like top 4 are all valid and in a good standing for the title.... i just hope nobody is stupid and throws games for ahuda to get the medal because that would just invalidate it..

I keep clicking on this thread, expecting a love story, but always end up closing the tab--thoroughly disappointed.
