What version of FireFox are you using?

If you hover over greasemonkey is BOB still checkmarked like below?

You should also try posting in the bob thread/tech forum and techie people are more likely to answer and help you trouble shoot.

Do you have greasemonkey enabled too or did it possibly get accidentally disabled?
