just a quick, crucial question.
If you miss a turn and you have a turnin for say, 30. When you turn in the turn after the turn you missed, do you get double the turn in as well as double deployable troops?
This might happen in one of my games.

No, your missed turn doesn't affect cashing your cards at all. Except obviously during your missed turn you can't cash any cards and you can't earn a card. Other than that, missing turns has no effect on the cards at all.
