I noticed something odd on the profile of someone in one of my games...

dadnews was busted for being a multi in 2006 ( viewtopic.php?t=9229 )
but is back playing from the same account.

How is this possible?

Players busted for being multies are allowed to return (once) if they buy premium on the original account again.

That doesn't seem right, but if it is the policy that would explain how he is back.
