Dodging Death! Appealing Permanent Bans!

There is a street in which cars are driving 45 miles per hour.
There is a sign posted in large print "no crossing."
A person walks up to the street reads the sign and walks into the middle of the street.
A car swerves and avoids him.
He does this multiple times.
One time he gets hit and someone feels pity and resuscitates him.
He then proceeds to continue trying to cross the street.

Does he deserve an award?
Do all the cars that swerved deserve an award?
Does the person that resuscitates him deserve an award?

Max is a whiney little bastard. He got mad that he got banned from live chat, I trolled him for it, he reports me, now I'm banned from live chat. Seriously screw this guy and screw anyone that taddles on people over an Internet gaming site. This guy needs to grow a pair and the mods need to permanently stick the fork in him.
