Conquer Club

In one of my games someone posted on my wall asking if i would be interested in talks of truce. I PMed them to state their terms in the game chat box. I have since recieved PMs from this person with their terms. Im still new and not sure how to handle a situation like this. They are even newer than me tho.
I do like their offer but dont want it to be shady.
Thoughts?

All game related communication between opponents must be in the game chat area.
If you haven't deleted the pm yet click on the upside down triangle next to the quote button on the pm, then report the message. That way a moderator will be able to see it and explain the rule to this person and warn them not to do it again.

in addition, do not pm someone who you are in a game with.
if you post something like read chat, that is barely allowed (but allowed) if you write anything more, then youa re in breach yourself.
e.g. writing a pm with, write your contitions in gamechat is a CLEAR violation, cause you are referenceing to a truce outside of the knowledge to other players.
NO INFO whatsoever should be posted outside of gamechat
