While in the process of foeing some New Recruits today, I observed that on some N R s walls, I could post. On many I was not allowed to post. Can anyone tell me why?

HaHa.....Seriously, about half of them today, I was not allowed to write on their wall.

If there is someone who is inactive for a long time, you are unable to post anything on their wall. That may be what's happening here?

No. I only kept track of the last 4 that I foed. They all joined today at about 4:30 PM....I will find them and see if anyone else sees the same thing.

Update.....Now I can write on all their walls. What changed?

did you go back and forth with buttons, because then it could be a cache problem. nothing much changed though, so its more likely to be a user error then something else. let us know if it continue's at a later date
