It has been like that for a long while now. I think it was introduced in an attempt to slow deliberate point dumping.

with my dice , nothing is deliberate

They're taking down names. Gonna hang those avatars high when the purges roll around. I've been through it before in this dream I had--seen the fields of point dumpers and the points dumped, and the smell.... the smell of 'random' dice is unbelievable. Almost deliberately smelly but not quite.

I know what I'm talking about. You can't resist the Will of the People when inflamed properly.
