What happened to the old Middle Earth map? I used to love that map

The Canadian Thanksgiving Massacre happened.
At the same time as the original Classic map was removed the Middle Earth map was replaced with a Classic Shapes like called Centerscape. That was eventually revamped (in a contest in think?) into Midguard.

You can blame Disney for this. If it wasn't for the Disney lobby, it would have been in the public domain by now.
