Favorite settings?

Ok what are the most popular settings as far as forts, cards, fog, etc. And what settings do you most like for a tournament setting?

Most popular as in most played? Esc, chained and no fog.
Most popular as in what I like myself? No spoils, chained, fog of war.

Yea my favorite is No cards, no fog, unlimited, but that's just me

My favorite settings are adapted to 1v1's. Fog and no spoils generally allows for more strategy.
