Live Chat Error?

When I click Live Chat I get this error:

Error: 'chat.js.tpl.php' could not be found, please check your themepath '/var/www/html/chatb9/themes' and your theme 'phpbb2' are correct

What does this mean? How do I resolve the error? Hoping to use Live Chat to coordinate faster paced private games. I feel like playing a game or two from start to finish.
