Got to thinking during a recent Nuke game, what would happen if there were 2 players left and play A has 1 territory and player B has 2. Player A's turn comes and he's holding 5 cards ( 3 green and 2 blue) and the 3 green are the cards for the 3 remaining territorys, he plays them and it's game over - but who won and has this scenario ever happened to anyone

just to clarify, in your scenario both players have only 1 territory, and both get nuked?

Yes, works either way, in the above scenario Player A has 1 and Player B 2 but all territorys are wiped out in essence anyway

This has been answered in Q&A area a few times.

I believe in that case the winner is decided by the order of players.

Right, it's decided by the order the cards were won!
