I think there should be a failsafe for trench games on random map in order to avoid levels like monsters, and das shloss where you must go through a killer neutral in order to eliminate a player. In order for the game to be winnable you would need a round limit or nuclear spoils.
For example: on monsters, automatic, sequential, escalating spoils with trench it is impossible to attack the wizard because The shield resets every turn.
I couldn't find any other posts relevant but I'm sure I'm not the first to notice this.

In Trench you are allowed to take a re-setting neutral and then attack from it in the same turn.

You couldn't go read the instructions for the setting before suggesting a change to it?

As everyone else has said. If you attack a Killer Neutral, you may continue your attack onto the next territory.
