How can my dice and winning % be so poor?

This has probably been answered but I will ask it anyways:
How is it I struggle to stay at a 12% win ratio when some players have upwards of 80%?

It also seems like I lose my first dice throw or a turn 90% of the time. I just started a classic game and lost 11 troops without winning a single roll of the dice! How is THAT possible if this is all so random? Each territory I assaulted had a single army so I lost 3 dice against 1 4 times in a row! Really?

I know I sound like a complainer here, but that is just not statistically possible.

Looking at your dice stats, your luck doesn't seem exceptionally poor to me. It does reveal that you probably throw more 1v2's and 1v1's then is good for you, though. Perhaps it's a good idea to be a bit more conservative with your troops. The loss of your own troops is quite often far more devastating then any damage they might do.

Regarding your win percentage: Players with an 80%+ win percentage tend to play mainly 1v1 on a map they've specialized in. You're playing multiplayer on a variety of maps, so it's logical that you won't get anywhere near the 80% they're getting.

That being said, have you considered joining the Society of Cooks? You're playing quite a bit of multiplayer escalating, and they can help you get reasonably good at the strategies for that.
