Could anyone help me please?

I wold like to add a screenshot into my Post,

Im windows experienced, but with apple i have no idea ( except switching on and off).

I have now a screenshot on my desktop, how do i get that picture into the post?

usually you need to host it before you can post it, i think.
it that is the case open a free account with flickr or something like that, uploads it and link to it. done
