Asking for Feedback Removal

I've been getting a lot of PMs asking to remove feedback because "it's silly" or "I don't agree with it" or "it shouldn't be about how I play" and other assorted reasons. For those of you who don't like your negative feedback and want it removed "just because", please take a moment to review the feedback guidelines. Guess what, if it doesn't break any of those, it's not getting deleted.

And I don't need a pagelong essay on why you think it should be deleted, complete with links to games and forum topics and your mother's cherry cobbler recipe (psst... I don't read those), but I do need at least a name of the user leaving the feedback in question, preferably along with a short sentence on which guideline it breaks. If I need further clarification, I'll ask.

Any questions, ask here. Thanks.

I have a question about my feedback. You had removed my 1 neg feedback from me & Nuke after you reviewed the game . you removed Nukes feedback & mine as well . but as of last week mine was put back on me but it wasnt put back on Nukes . Im not whinning about it just wondering why is all . its strange why it was removed for a few months but then brought back.

Anyone who has had feedback deleted is allowed to edit it to meet the guidelines. This is why yours reappeared. There is no time line on that, especially since it sometimes takes me awhile to do these, and correspond back and forth with the involved party (and edits have to be pre-approved to be reinstated). Why the user didn't want to edit Nuke's, I don't know. Editing for reinstatement is totally optional.

I don't have this problem, but I do have a question. If feedback is deleted, you, as you said, have to option of editing it. Do you also have the option of giving the person a brand new feedback? (No cherry cobbler recipe in this one ;))

Sorry, I didn't see this when I sent you my message. Feel free to ignore it.

If you have a negative that's been edited for a user, you cannot give them a new negative, you have to edit the original. Only one feedback of each type is allowed per user.

Guidelines for leaving feedback:

* Leave only fair and factual comments that relate to a specific game.
* Do not leave feedback for trivial things like missing a turn.
* Do not use foul language.
* Do not fish for feedback (i.e. leave positive feedback to get positive feedback in return).
* Do not leave retaliatory feedback (i.e. leave negative feedback in revenge of negative feedback).

looks like i'm stuck with the feedback quoted in my sig.

I'd left happy2seeyou a positive feedback but it was deleted by moderator. happy2seeyou could have just PM me to get the positive feedback withdrawn which I had spent about 3 minutes to compose instead.

Needless to say, we gave it our all as this game shaped up to be one of the most unforgettable game victory experience of a lifetime. Gg.
Deleted by moderator for this reason: request

Note: I still don't see how my positive feedback can be so offensive to the detriment of happy2seeyou.

She clearly felt uncomfortable with your new relationship.

I guess I got lucky. I got one today that said " he is a cheater, dont play him". Somehow this player came to determine on his own that I cheated a total of 2,460 times now. Personally, I think the feedback system is abused 80% of time in some shape or form. Even I had 20 positive feedbacks removed because I copied and pasted them and dint take the time to create a special one for each player.
