Question regarding missing turns and armies placed??

I'm in a game where one of the players missed two consecutive turns...that's fine... Now, in his last turn, he came back and received THREE TIMES the armies he would have gotten for one round?!

It said "Multiplied for 3 rounds." How does this make any sense at all, getting rewarded for wasting our team for 3 days?! Not only that, but it completely changed the game by him getting 18 armies verse the 6 I thought he was going to receive... can someone explain this please, thanks.

Overview

Conquer Club is a turn-based strategy game similar to a popular world domination board game. The objective is to eliminate all of your opponents.

The game is played on a board depicting a map of the world, divided into territories, which are grouped into continents. To start, three armies are placed on each territory and they are randomly divided amongst the players. Any remainder of territories that do not divide equally are made neutral.

Players then take turns deploying armies, attacking opponents and fortifying countries.

Each player always gets 24 hours to take his turn. This means you only need to play once a day, but games progress quicker if players take their turns more often. If a player misses a turn, he forfeits his turn for that round, however he will still get credited with armies due to him.

It's the way things are at present, but much lamented in certain quarters.

I empathize with your astonishment.

We can only lobby for reform of this policy.
