Considering this is not the suggestions forum but the Q&A, and this is the user's first post, i am going to interpret the above as a question.
if you really want to ask support for a suggestion that allows you to limit the access to gamechat, then i suggest you make a post in the suggestions forum and elaborate on why it should be implemented, what the effects are and how this helps the site.

Regarding the rules: i don't know for sure why you posted this, but i assume you read up on the discussion on games where FOG positions are relayed in gamechat. I wish to point out that is is actually allowed, in more funny terms, this is not a bug to be fixed but a feature.
