you don't.
If someone abuse's the rating system you need to make a post in the C&A (cheating and abuse )forum

if you feel someone gave you a wrong rating, you could try to contact that person and reason it out with them.

AndrewSwartout has ginven out 3 stars and some wierd tags. 3 stars is allowed, since they denominate officially an average, however personally anybody rating me below 5 should not want to play against me again. Either its a waste of time, or an excellent way to spend it...
The tags are wierd though, you were not on the same team so teammate killer does not apply. Slow is subjective, suicider is not apparently relevant either.
i cannot make heads or tales on his use of tags.. maybe you really need to take it up with a C&A and or himself..

Thank you, I will try C&A because judging by this guys logic I probably won't get very far with him 1 on 1. I didn't even speak to the guy other than to say good luck and he calls me all the negative names and leaves me a poor rating which ruins the 5.0 I previously had. Anyway, I'll try that.

Note that in order to successfully report someone for ratings abuse you must provide five (5) ratings that are obviously incorrect as examples to prove the abuse. Also, even if your report is successful all that will happen is that the player will receive a warning (unless they have been warned before) the rating will NOT be removed.

A bad rating might seem really damaging when you only have a few of them, but as you accumulate more and more of them, each one becomes individually less important. Over time, bad apples fade into zero significance.
