Well, it seems we have two Conquerors!
As of December 29th, 14:57 CC Time, Gen.LeeGettinhed and rabbiton have tied with 4931 points! It even shows a tie for first in the # colum, although GenLee. has the Conqueror icon beside his name.

What are the odds of this?

50%, since the other half of the time rabbiton has the icon.

Conqueror should always be retained in the case of tie.

Metsfanmax means that in the case of a tie, there should be no Conqueror.

I agree. There can only be one Conqueror, the one with the most points. If there is not a single person with the most points, there is no Conqueror.

No, I meant that a person should remain Conqueror until his or her score is surpassed (this method is applied in other rankings tables as well), as VOL understood. The point is that GLG is apparently random being shown as Conqueror on the scoreboard depending on when you look at it.

Regardless of any of that, you were being just as flip towards the original poster (sensfan) as Doomie was being to you, so you don't have much right to get righteous.

Sensfan was obviously asking, "what are the odds that two users will both have a score of 4931 points at the same time?" And the answer to that, whatever it might be, is definitely not 50/50. It's pretty long odds for even one user at any given moment to have a score of exactly 4931, and for two of them to have it is the square of that.
