Conquer Club

So I recently finished a game and it was mostly due to one of the players getting kicked from the game for breaking the rules.
but when I went to the cheating and abuse forum, nothing comes up when you search his name.

I was wondering if we inadvertantly stumble on to a multi or something and by banning someone we banned him as well.

Game # is 10140632
Name of the player is carbonator.

Any thoughts?

It's also possible (but highly unlikely in this case) that the aforementioned account was actually permanently website banned instead of busted for multiple accounts.
