Conquer Credits

What do you do if you complete an offer, but the credits do not show up?

On the page with the offers click on "Need Help?"
Read the FAQ. This one might be relevant:
Q: Why didn't I get rewarded for my survey/offer?

A: You may not have fulfilled the requirements necessary to be credited or ad blocking software and browser security settings may have blocked the cookie necessary to track your completion. Keep all proofs of purchase in order to insure that you receive your credits if you encounter a problem. This includes PIN #s, payment receipts, charge invoices or charge receipts, etc. Keeping this information will increase the speed of processing your complaint with advertisers.
Under that menu click on the tab that says My Conquer Club Rewards. Click on the Offers Tab. Scroll to the offer in question and check the status. If you still have an issue click Contact Us and fill out the form there with the necessary information, then hit submit.
Note that some offers are credited on a delay. If this is the case it should be indicated under the status.
