Dozer20 Banned?

Ok so, my friend dozer20 got banned, and we suspect it was because of multiple accounts. Many people play this game at school, and we all use the same IP address, but nobody else was banned for it. Why was he banned?

He had multiple accounts. We understand that some play from the same IP at school and work and we take that into consideration.
