Someone refuses to finish me off!

I've been on Conquer Club for a while, and have never been in a situation where someone refuses to finish me off. It's a 1v1 and they've taken all the neutrals and whittled me down to one troop, but refuses to kill me. Is there any way to end the game, other than timing out of my turn 3 times? I'd really rather not have to wait potentially as much as 5-6 days to end this ridiculousness. Any advice is appreciated.

Report the person in the C&A thread for abuse. It's not "against the rules" per se, but he'll probably get warned or have the activity noted. If nothing else, he'll notice the thread started and finally finish you. If he won't finish you, then something should be done by the mods. With missing turns being frowned upon and the player acting like that, they should be able to step in and let him know that is not acceptable behavior.

Other than that, you'll just have to foe him I guess.

It is specifically against the rules to hold a player hostage. Pretty dumb too considering he is also a freemium. If he doesn't finish ya his next go pm Evil Semp.

Game 9691370

I stand corrected. It is against the rules! jefjef knows much more than me about these things.

jefjef is correct. However a single game does not a hostagetaker make. A mod will pm the offender to not do this. Should he continue howver (with you or another)then he is about to be in trouble

Oh really? Exactly how many games must he act like an idiot before he's a hostage taker? Considering that the person he did this to is a freemium holding him hostage in one game means he's holding 1/4th of his games hostage. If this was done to a premium in 20 of his 80 active games would this become hostage taking? Because holding 1 out of 4 hostage is the same to the person having it done to them.

SirSebstar is just repeating the rules as currently enforced by the C&A mods. If you want more clarification on the rule, you should contact them directly.

If you read the end of sebstars post, he says if he continues he will be in trouble. Looks like he will get a quick warning, and if it lasts another round or two, punishments will be dealt out. Still one game, but he gets a warning first
