Deferred troops question

I had just started my turn in the first round of a freestyle game when my computer froze. By the time it was working properly again, I had run out of time. I didn't deploy any troops but I had pressed "Begin Turn" so I'm pretty sure I won't be getting any deferred troops.

Is there some sort of appeals process that can be gone through in an instance like this involving computer problems? Ideally I could get my turn back (as long as it's done before Round 1 finishes), but at the very least I'd like to receive what troops I was due. Or am I S.O.L.?

This is a fault on your side of the equipment. Sorry mate, better luck next time. I cant call it a blessing, but at least it was only one game.

Yeah the only time I've seen troops given back was when there was a glitch of a quads Third Crusade I was in, and after looking at the logs and some other things they indeed had been shortchanged 2 troops, and they were granted to the team. Their computer was working fine though, so it's different than your case, but in that situation they had to get permission from the other players and then made the petition and went from there.
