? Or gameplay wise ? Either way classic isn't gonna be on that list! I'd say doodle earth! It's fugly and simple but one of the most popular maps.

Confusing as hell to any newcomer. It seems to try out a new style of borders which - though inventive - doesn't really work. Underneath all that, it has really interesting gameplay and I now enjoy games on that map.
