My friend got this message: "you cannot play any new games because your account is inactive - please upgrade to Premium Membership to remove this limitation"
-he doesnt know wut is up and would like to know if anyone could fill him in?

Your friend was busted as a multi if his account was inactivated. If he thinks he's innocent of playing more than one account, he can appeal the decision via the Contact page. If he's guilty, he can upgrade to premium and continue playing on ONE of the accounts.
