ok let me see how to start this.

the other day i was in live chat looking for a clan challenge. Leehar was in the chat room so i thought yeahhhhh ill challenge nemisis (due to the fact i want to kick joshyboys ass in a challenge)
Leehar was at that time experiancing internet trouble so kept on dropping out of live chat. I started to take the mick out of it just the usual things like.

he is that scared to face us he wont show face again today

leehar i do run run run i do run run

etc.

also nag was present and said somthing along the lines of we wouldnt stand a chance. i then responded with a comment along these lines.

me:whats the difference between wild geese and thota.
nagereous: i dont know.
me: thota have one decent player ozbloke because he is aka trained

last night i recieved a pm from mr benn telling me i was live chat banned for trolling 24 hours. To which i asked mrBenn for a copy of the screen shot showing me trolling which he responded saying to contact chat mods for this(confirming he had not seen them),and that he was acting on orders from nag i have contacted them and got this response from insomniared(head chat moderator)Game 9370497 and this from leehar(another chat mod) when i asked him if he found my post

my ? is. Is the reason why only heads of departments can ban people because they want to stop things like wicked and so people arnt getting banned for petty reasons. and if so why can insomniared or mrbenn not show me any evidence of trolling etc when 1 is head of that department so should be informed with proof. and other should not of acted on the order of someone without evidence backing it up.

first off, wrong forum. If fact wrong everything.
I get a headache reading your post, so banning you from chat seems logical. however, I intent to love you forever so let me at least give it a try. To my not all to intimate knowledge, Any chatmod can ban you from chat. Its because they need to be online to see you make a pass-faux. However, if mr brenn told you you were banned, and he does refer you to a chatmod whose name is unknown for now, then you could do so. I would have suggested a two way strategy and opened up an e-ticket and tried to communicate with the relevant mods.

Evidence is for a court of law. CC is not an official peacekeeping mission or UN charter so that does not fly here. If a mod thought you have broken the rules be can put a hold to it. However it is common to log something so we can say this happened then.. Bookkeeking is important.

Now I am unclear if you are forum banned or only chatbanned for 24 hours. MrBenn is not a chatmod. So i am kinda at a loss who you are talking about. Are you actually banned, and if so where and by whom? I think he is just pulling your leg.
Or it might be you did another woops.

in short. I dont understand what you are talking about, can we try again?

please, when you don't understand something eddie writes, just PM me. I am a Certified Eddie2 Translator (CET) and am glad to help. In this case though, I'll just answer eddie's question.

Only the global mods and department heads have access to the paddle, the tool that is used for bans. Any chat mod can kick, but only someone with paddle access can do a timed ban that goes on your paddle. When nagerous kicked you and you earned a 24 hour ban, InsomniaRed was not around, so he got MrBenn (a dept head who was online) to paddle you and initiate the 24 hour ban. The admins do not want everyone having paddle access, especially with the increase in the number of volunteers over the years. In this case, MrBenn was doing a favor to nagerous with InsomniaRed being away, and he was going on nagerous's word that a ban was needed, I highly doubt he saw any evidence.

For the second part of your question, the chat moderators are not required to show screenshots, and in most cases do not take screenshots. If you feel the ban was in error, then contact InsomniaRed (Head Chatter) via PM and request additional information on your ban. If you are unsatisfied with her answer, then contact AndyDufresne for assistance.

yes i am live chat banned and this ban was issued by mrbenn. and from my previous one where i made a mistake with a link i was told the following.

chat mods can issue temp kicks from live chat they then contact the head chat mod to issue a ban. giving them the info as to what the ban was for and showing them why. so mr benn is not head chat mod and was not shown my posts that got me banned. if he had of i am sure he would of laughed his head off.

eddie2, not the full story at all. You were warned twice to stop trolling by me, and the comments you made were worse than what you have posted above and yet you persisted so it was my duty to boot you. Since this was your 3rd minor offence, this warranted a 24 hour ban, which MrBenn issued on behalf of the chat team, as those that can paddle (Masli and InsomniaRed) were both absent.

rofl i already had the 24 hour ban nag. and since the comments were towards leehar and he cant believe you banned me then it could not of been that bad. and ps since i have had a ban it cannot be changed your bad nag. also how the hell can i apeal something when there is no proof of what was said. to appeal you need to show me the evidence that was against me. i have asked several times for this and you did not screen shot it. so you have no defence you have to prove me guilty. also you are telling me to contact insomnia i did and she could not give me any info on it.

the 24 you had was for your 1st major offence (porn) , thats a different scale then the minor ones.

I said this on your wall, I will say it here:
Your ban is not going to be lifted nor stricken from your record. A chat mod found something you did to be against the rules, I trust my mods, they are on my team for a reason. I respect their opinions and demeanor. It'll stay on your record and the next ban you will get is a 72 hour ban, but if you just behave, it won't matter anyway. You don't need to be given a screenshot and we don't have to take them every time we kick or ban someone. That is just extra work that we don't always have time for. Live Chat is a privilege not a right on this site, so I am sorry we don't slave over proving why someone was kicked, and take a screenshot needlessly for each warning, kick, ban, etc.

I wasn't there so I don't know what happened, so stop dragging me into this. If it is that big of a deal to you, send an e-ticket and be told the same exact thing by someone in red. Be mature about this, your whining is just making you look immature. Handle you 24 hour ban like a man, don't get all hot and bothered over one day without being able to go into Live Chat. I feel like your anger is just plain silly. If you do come back to Live Chat though, I hope you will follow all the rules so we don't have to issue any more bans.

lol i didnt drag you into this plz read above comments nag and jake told me to contact you for details of my ban. you cannot give me details because you were not here. i do not blame you red but i do think you need to look at your live chat team.

ps all i was doing was clan banter looking for a challenge. where you have been present for the same and didnt ban me.

pps for something that happened on wednesday afternoon now friday night ban issued 45 mins ago last night really well organised isnt it.

Your ban actually works the moment it was issued, so if something happend today and you got a 24 hour ban tomorrow then it would be lifted the day after tomorrow... as you should know too eddie2 (yea pun!). It happened publicly before.

Can someone translate this into english please? If its a complaint about live chat, shouldn't it be in bugs? Who is nag? Haven't turned up a mod named after a broken down horse yet. If this is a typical eddie typo, still struggling mods with 3 letter usernames? oVo has retired I believe? Look forward to a translation soon.

Sorry off topic here a little(still haven't worked out what the topic is). Could someone please do an IP check on eddie2, think someone has hacked his account. There are a lot less spelling and grammatical errors than normal. Seems like someone is attempting to write in eddie2 speak but hasn't quite reached the right level yet.

I tried that, translator link was broken.
