Napoleonic Europe

The map above is the one I have a question about.

It says you can win by controlling five capitals. I am in a position to grab five capitals right now, but am unsure if I will win instantly or must hold them for one turn. I can't hold them for one turn, but I can get to them in the course of one attack phase.

Does anyone know if I have to hold them for a full turn or not? I don't want to take a risk due to the close nature of the match. Thank you.

You have to hold them until you start your next turn. If you hold them as soon as you hit begin turn you will win

this means everybody who knows the map will attack you to dislodge even one capital.
as the player above you said, you must start your turn with all the objectives to win. it also specifies this in the instructions

Objective-based games like that are best played in fog. Then you have at least some chance to sneak in a victory based on the victory conditions. With no fog it's unlikely, unless you already have such overwhelming force that your victory is guaranteed anyway.
