Yeah some Satellite ISPs have non-standard IPs that don't correspond to any geographical location. I've seen this before. Perhaps one of the techies could give us a fuller explanation.

6. My country flag is wrong. Can I change it?

Your country is determined automatically by looking up your IP address in a GeoIP database. It isn't meant to reflect your nationality. Furthermore, the database is only 99% accurate so some members may show an incorrect location. Unfortunately there is no way to override your country flag.

anonymous proxy or satellite provider are the 2 options besides regular countries, so this is indeed possible. Apparently he used a very expensive satellite provider it seems. Nowthing funny about it, just a different provider then most people use a s a service ;-)
