Prevent players on your ignore list from joining your games

I think it would be a good idea to make it so that players on my ignore list can not join games that I set up. I initially put people on my ignore list because I didn't want to see their comments, and because I also did not want to play them anymore. I didn't realize that putting them on my ignore list does not prevent them from joining my games. I'm curious how others feel about this.
