Just curious how you tell is someone has a premuim or standard membership? I notice that one of the touraments I have entered is for premium members only (of which I am one). But I can't figure how you tell?

Okay with you. But other than that there's no easy way of knowing? I suppose in theory a premium member might only have 4 or less games going?

http://www.conquerclub.com/player.php?page=find

With Player: playername
Game Status: Active

If there are more than four games returned then the player is premium.

It there are fewer than four games returned then the player is either standard, or a premium player who is in the hospital or on vacation.

You can always ask.

why does it matter to you if someone else is premium? it doesn't affect you in any way.

It kinda worries me that the one unconstructive contributor to this, quite reasonable, conversation thread is the moderator?

I think its constructive. The only time it would be useful to know is if you are running a tournament as people who can't be in an unlimited number of games really slow things down.

That's exactly why I was asking. I've started playing tournaments and been in situations where I've been waiting days for players to join my team. I presumed it was becuase they weren't premium but was curious to see if there was a way to check.

Moderators are here to make sure that everyone else is not surly or impolite, but have no need to be this themself!

If you'd like to complain, then im sure they can help you...

I'm assuming Wicked's point is that Premium players should be treated the same as non-premium in a game... thus there's no need to know why... however as pointed out it can generally be found out if they are or not.

It's called sarcasm or irony. I can assure you that it's not harmful (despite what your mum may have told you) so you don't need to be worried.

Actually I was just curious why this person thought it was necessary, as I saw no need for it. If he's in a tourney for premies only, it stands to reason everyone in it would be a premie.

How is asking a question non-constructive? really dude, there are more important things to concern yourself over. it's not like I came in here and said GFY. Yours is the first "non-constructive" post I see here, as it de-railed the conversation to something completely unrelated to the question at hand.

BTW genius, not every post has to be constructive. Any other questions? Feel free to start a new thread.

Question has been put. Question has been answered. Go away. Nothing to see here besides a dead question.
