Happy Anniversary Pac-Man! Go play the Conquer Man Map! :D

May 22nd marks the anniversary of Pac-Man, which was first released in Japan in 1980. Pac-Man is an arcade game and has been immensely popular from its original release to the present day, Pac-Man is considered one of the classics of the medium, virtually synonymous with video games, and an icon of 1980s popular culture.

We are fortunate enough here on Conquer Club to have our very own map, inspired by the popular arcade game. The Conquer Man Map was released into our map selection back in December 2007, created by WidowMakers. Since then over 12,000 games have been played.

So today we thought we'd encourage you all to go play a game or two on this mighty fine map, with it's unique animated fine touches and graphics that bring a good old classic to our Conquer Club world! :)

So join a waiting game or start your own and celebrate the anniversary of Pac-Man :D

I would play Pac-Man, but to go play Conquer-Man and not have to play it because you drew it in a tourney game--no way--that map is hell :)

But congrats to Pac-Man -I myself liked Centipede growing up--hmm --that may be an interesting concept map :)

Are you sure? There are no tentacles in the Pac-Man game.

You're thinking of Ms Pac-Man. Never have I seen such violation in an arcade game.

Happy Anniversary, Pac Man!

FUN FACT: "Pac Man" is actually a mistranslation of the original Japanese name, meaning "Peck Man".

Is there any way to turn off the animation in this level? The blinking characters really mess with my eyes and thus my head. I try to avoid random maps just so I don't have to seizure out playing Conquer Man. It's a good level otherwise.

The original name was "Puck man", but they changed it to "Pac man" because they were afraid teens would vandalize it to read "f*ck man".

GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. :o

I like the game (well it's not the best game concept but it's a classic) but yeah the map is big and boring, I don't like it all that much but the first game I played on it i lost to the other quad team so maybe that's why.
