Just once I wanna hit "Join A Game" and not see this damn map! Please guys....

I'm half tempted to join some so I could learn it. I'm scared, though. A map like that would require some major hand-holding and long walks on the beach to start to know.

But once you know it, it's loads of fun.

The mechanics of the map are actually not very complex. The only problem I can think of is coming up with a long term strategy to win so the game doesn't take forever in flat rate/no spoils.

Its so drab and ugly that I would never play it.... too depressing lol.

I realize he and I might constitute the two most revered opinions in CC, and in saying that I have to agree. ITs not friggin rocket science.

Though I see why the top 100 players like to play this map now, if this many people do not get it.

When I hit "Join A Game" I just play. Ill play any map any setting.

If you are gonna hit "Join A Game" and bitch... I suggest you just use map filters in search. Not trying to be mean, maybe I am and dont realize it. But there are search filters.

I think the Das Schloss map is based on a setting used in Alistair MacLean's Where Eagles Dare.

I've joined a few of these games recently, and find it to be a blast.
