I Can't Loose a Game

This is not directed at anyone in particular but I have noticed that quite a few people here spell "lose" as in lose a game, "loose". Is this intentional or am I just letting my pet peeves get the better of me?

One way to remember the difference between the two words is to think that "lose has lost an 'o'".

yes, lose and loose are quite confusing words. I try to pronounce them out loud to decided which one to use. loose has a bit more of an emphasis due to the second "o".

Lolz, u jokers. I really did not mean any offense by this, was thinking maybe I was missing out on some CC lingo lol. I am not a stickler by any means but every time I read this in a thread I have to stop and think for a moment: "did I just read something wrong?". Thanks guys, it appears as though I just need to losen up a little as rds suggested, haha. For the record, I must say that all of you non-natives write English exceptionally well considering. If I had to write something in Finnish or the like I am sure you all would be laughing your asses off.
