I've just started playing here and I wonder if anyone know which territ on World 2.1 that has been attcked the most number of times?
Is there any statistic on things like that?

Not that I know of.

There are no statistics other than yourself watching it. My gut tells me Mexico and Moskva are having a hard time on World 2.1, not sure if they are attacked the most though. They are just key territories, just like China. Only way to figure out is by playing it a lot.

There aren't as of yet, but you can find all games every played on that map.
All you have to do is go through each games log, and keep track of what regions got attacked most. It won't be perfected, as you can only see successfull attacks, but you should have a nice look then.

I play this map quite frequently and I think that mexico and any of the oz territories would be high on the list.

This is one of those maps I do not play a lot. Maybe 30 times total? I think MExico and the brazil territory that links to SA is pretty high up there.

Im not sure what you are looking for? A low area of attack to build in? I think Canada, middle east, india, and south africa usually are not molested a lot. But im not sure if that would be the way to play that map.

I'm just curious! I played it with the manual setting and had to pick a place to invest in! I chose Brazil but got pummeled the first round lol! I started building up in Africa and I got the Mahgreb bonus without any fuss! I'm thinking it's smart to avoid conflict early on in a game if you can!

Avoiding conflict would be the right way on World 2.1, because once you have a few bonuses you'll be able to recover better from conflict than in your first turn. Especially with the Manual setting, the first turn can lose you the game.

Yeah those small bonuses like the scandinavian countries can be quite contentious. Horn of Africa or one of the Australia bonuses tend to fly under the radar a bit but are just as useful.

Someone who writes code could probably figure out how to write a script that does this. Perhaps some option on maprank. Not sure how many other people would like to see stats like this, but I would think it must be possible to do.

Yea it sounds like you are looking for strategy more than anything eh? There's prolly a thread somewhere on how to win at 2.1 .
