How does this actually works?
In one of the games I'm playing, one of the players missed a total of 4 turns. I thought that when one misses 3 turns he gets kicked from the game?

Who can help explaining this to me?

Is this feature used as a 'cheap' tactic?

You have to miss 3 in a row to get kicked.

3 consequative turns need to be missed to be kicked
And yes, this can be considered cheap
