If someone just doesn't take their turn, does that mean everyone who was supposed to act after them misses their turn as well?

No, if they don't take their turn, then it goes to the next person in line just as if they had taken their turn. After they miss 3 turns in a row, they will be kicked from the game and you won't have to wait on them for 24 hours anymore.

When a player is kicked and thier teritories turn nutral, Question when owning a section of map with nutral teritories in it, do yopu have to conqure said teritoreis in order to own them ie. own north america but one teritory is nutral, do I get credit for owning North america

No, you will have to capture those neutral teritories in order to get the bonus. It's a big pain in the ass when someone does this, but unfortunately, it does happen often, especially with new recruits.

This is correct:
If a player missess a turn, the players after him/her dont automaticly loose their turn too, but sometimes it can happen that multiple people in a row miss their turn...

To obtain a bonus, you will at the start of your turn, need to hold ALL lands contained in that bonus. including the neutrals if any

I guess this is more of an add on question. But it seemed to make more sense to add it on rather then make a new post. Ok, so I know that 3 missed turns in a row will get you booted, however I thought a certain ratio of missed turns to taken turns will also get you booted as well. Does anyone know what this ratio is? Thank you

Nope, you are only kicked after three consecutive misses.

this is correct. you will never get booted(for missing turns) if you do not miss 3 turns in a row, so theoreticly you could miss 2 turns, take a turn and then miss 2 again ect ect. this will get you blacklisted by many a player, but it it possible.
